1. Who Can Use OnTrack

"Services" means the OnTrack mobile application, our website, and all associated software and systems.

To use our Services, you must be:

• At least 13 years old. If you're under the age of consent in your country, a parent or guardian must provide consent for you to use our Services.
• A real person. Our Services are not designed for use by bots or automated systems.

2. Your Account

When you create an OnTrack account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Accountability Partners

OnTrack allows you to connect with accountability partners—people who can see your check-in activity. By adding an accountability partner, you consent to sharing your gym check-in data with them.

You control who can see your activity. You can add or remove accountability partners at any time through the app.

4. Check-ins and Content

"Content" means check-in photos, profile photos, and any other information you share through our Services.

You are responsible for the Content you share. Please ensure that:

• You have the right to share any Content you upload
• Your Content does not violate any laws or these Terms
• Your check-ins are genuine and accurately represent your gym attendance

You retain ownership of your Content. By sharing Content through OnTrack, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share your Content with your designated accountability partners as part of providing our Services.

5. Acceptable Use

To keep OnTrack a positive experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading check-in information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Use automated means to access our Services without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

OnTrack offers subscription-based premium features. If you subscribe:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including the OnTrack name, logo, and design, are owned by Sesodia Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our branding without permission.

While you use our Services, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the OnTrack app for its intended purpose.

8. Ending Your Use of OnTrack

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed.

Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use our Services in a way that could harm other users or our business.

Inactive Accounts: We may delete accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. We'll notify you before doing so.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that OnTrack will always be available, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sesodia Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

OnTrack is a tool for accountability and motivation. We do not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Always consult appropriate professionals before starting any fitness programme.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use OnTrack after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you should stop using our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
