If you're under 13, please don't use OnTrack. If you're under 16, make sure your parent or guardian approves your use of the app.

We collect information you provide directly to us to make the app work:
- Account Data: Name, email address, and profile picture (via your sign-in provider like Apple or Google).
- Fitness Goals: Your workout frequency goals and preferred days, which you set during onboarding.
- Check-in Data: When you check in to a gym, we record the location, time, and the photo you verify with.
- Accountability Connections: We store who you are tracking and who is tracking you.
We also automatically collect some technical data:
- Device Info: Your device type and OS version to help us fix bugs.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app (e.g., successful check-ins, streaks).
- Location Data: We only access your precise location when you verify a gym check-in.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide the Service: Verify your gym attendance and track your streaks.
- Share Progress: Show your check-ins and streaks to the accountability partners you explicitly add.
- Notifications: Send you reminders to workout or updates about your partners' progress.
- Improve OnTrack: Analyze usage trends to make the app better.
3. Who Can See Your Data
Your Accountability Partners: The people you approve to track you can see:
- Your profile picture and name
- Your workout frequency goal
- Your current streak
- Your check-in history (photos and times)
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (like Firebase) to host our data and run the app securely.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our active databases.
We may retain some technical logs for a short period for security and debugging purposes.
5. Your Rights
You have control over your data. You can:
- Access Data: See your own history and profile in the app.
- Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and data through the app settings.
- Manage Partners: Remove an accountability partner at any time; they will no longer see your data.

We use industry-standard security measures (like encryption) to protect your data. However, no internet service is 100% secure, so please keep your account credentials safe.
